Semi-preserved (pasteurized) caviar is prepared from good-quality, high-grade
granular caviar. After salting, caviar is placed into tins or glass jars of different
capacity. It is prepacked with the help of a measuring hopper, weight of
every tin and jar is verified on the weights. After packing, the tins and jars
are subjected to the double pasteurization in the pasteurizer - the container
with hot (65 degrees Fahrenheit) water. The pasteurized caviar has a long
shelf life.
