Drain the anchovies from a 50 gr can and place in a food processor. Rinse and dry 50 gr capers and add to the anchovies with 10 sun-dried tomatoes and 2 tbsp of their oil. Add 3 tsp Bart Basil in Sunflower Oil and 1 tsp Bart Garlic in Sunflower Oil. Process to form a coarse paste. Season with pepper. Keep for up to 1 week in the fridge.
