French Goat Cheese Mothais sur Feuille 5.3 oz.
Mothais sur Feuille – authentic goat milk soft cheese – 5.3 oz/150 gr, France.
This cheese was born in the Deux-Sevres region, where it is still produced on the farms. The Mothais is the exception as it is matured in a very humid cellar with no ventilation.
The flavor is soft and delicate, it literally melts in ones mouth.

French Cheese Crottin de Champcol 12/2.1 oz. (1 case)

This little nugget of chèvre from the Loire Valley is a fine choice at nearly any stage of its maturity, from “just made” to months-old. When very young, it’s moist and rind-less, with a fresh, citrusy tang; as it matures, it loses moisture, develops a thin rind, and the flavor gets stronger and becomes nutty and piquant. Use as a table cheese, or broil thin slices atop a split baguette.
