Tradicional Pimenton has a color, flavor, and aroma more intense than any other pimenton. It is produced from two varieties of peppers, the Jaranda and Jariza, long delicate pepper, that only grow in La Vera. In this region famous for its pimenton, "sabor tradicional" is the choice of the locals.
