Fideo Noodles are used in one of the most traditional Catalan dishes, fideua which is similar to Paella but replaces the rice with this short very fine pasta. Our Fideo noodles are made in the traditional style using only the highest quality ingredients and a slow drying process at very low temperatures. This process, abandoned by most pasta producers, conserves the nutrients and inherent properties of the all natural ingredients.
Ingredients: Semolina, eggs (17% per kilo of semolina), squid ink, fish stock, garlic, salt.
