Organic Peruvian Hot Chilli in Sunflower Oil - 3.2 oz/90 gr by Bart Delicatessen, England.
Grown Organically.
Ingredients: Organic Red Chilli (Aji Limo) (68%), Organic Sunflower Oil (13%), Water, Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks.
Recipe: Peruvian Potatoes - Serves 4-6
In a blender, combine 200 gr feta cheese and 250 ml milk until smooth. In a frying pan, soften 2 thinly sliced onions. Add 1-2 tsp Bart Hot Chilli in Sunflower Oil, 1 tsp Bart Garlic in Sunflower Oil and 1/2 tsp Bart Turmeric. Fry for 1 minute and cover with 1 kg thinly sliced cooked new potatoes. Add 150 gr sweet corn kernels. Pour the cheese mixture over and simmer gently until the sauce has reduced. Serve topped with fried eggs.
