Produced in the Southern Italian Alps. It has a clean, light vanilla taste and is delicate on the palate. Sweet and syrupy, it's the perfect "starter" honey, as it tastes just as delicious in coffee or tea or served drizzled over toast, as it does with ricotta or shaved hard cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano.
