Ingredients: Water, Organic Lemongrass (32%), Organic Sunflower Oil (19%), Sea Salt, Organic Concentrated Lemon Juice, Organic Rice Flour, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks.
Recipe: Fragrant Coconut Rice - Serves 4
Place 25 gr Bart Creamed Coconut, 3 tsp Bart Lemon Grass in Sunflower Oil, 1/2 tsp Bart Ground Cinnamon, 2 Bart Cloves, 1 tsp salt and 600ml water in a pan. Bring to a boil and add 350 gr rinsed basmati rice. Stir, cover and simmer gently for 15 minutes until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender. Season with pepper. |
