Superfino rice most preferred by chefs due to its exceptional quality and structure, owing to high amylase starch content (24%) which improves consistency, resistance to over-cooking, and capacity for absorbing flavors. The ideal rice for long-simmer, non-sticky risottos.
Cultivated using traditional methods and according to the rules of organic agriculture. This rice has been processed completely free of chemicals and fungicides. Don't make holes in the plastic bag. Open bags should be kept in a glass jar or sealed plastic bag and placed in the refrigerator.
