  		Extra Virgin Olive Oil - pressed with tangerines - 6.76 oz/200 ml by Agrumato, Italy.

Made by crushing olives with tangerines. This is not an infused or flavored oil. Olives are harvested entirely by hand and citrus fruits are carefully picked at the perfect point of ripeness. The olives and citrus are then crushed together in a traditional stone mill. The resulting paste is immediately pressed under low pressure and the juice is centrifuged, separating the water content from the oil.

First cold pressing. Golden green with the aroma and flavor of Mediterranean citrus fruits.

Use on crustaceans or fowl.
