Organic Garlic in Sunflower Oil - 3.4 oz/95 gr by Bart Delicatessen, England.

Ingredients: Organic Garlic (65%), Organic Sunflower Oil (30%), Sea Salt, Organic Concentrated Lemon Juice.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks.
Recipe: Potato & Celeriac Dauphinoise - Serves 4
Slice 500 gr peeled potatoes and 500 gr peeled celeriac as thinly as possible. Layer the potatoes, celeriac and 1 sliced onion in a shallow buttered baking dish, seasoning between each layer. Heat together 300ml double cream, 75 ml milk and 2 tsp Bart Garlic in Sunflower Oil. Pour over the vegetables. Dot with butter and cover with foil. Bake at 190C/Gas 5 for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for 20 minutes until golden. |
