This extra creamy goat's milk soft cheese from Normandy, France, is satiny-smooth with a firm, slightly chewy, edible white crust. Its flavor is all goat - tangy and rustic with hints of lemon and hay.

Serving Suggestions: Light, delicate and flavorful. Serve at slighty above room temperature for optimum tasting.
