“Largueta" almonds (literally "long almonds"), have been grown according to strict European ecological/organic standards.
These extra big almonds are generally about an inch long. Thous Spanish nuts have a more robust flavor than the delicate marcona almonds, yet are lighter and dryer than California varieties.
